New Patients Resources

Chiropractic Appointment: Arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment. Once at our facility, you will utilize our patient health records portal, Eclipse, to sign in and enter your symptoms for the doctor to review. You can upload the Eclipse app on your phone or utilize one of our iPads to enter your information. Once entered, the doctor you are scheduled with will review all the information, perform an exam of the spinal or extremity joints, review past x-rays, MRI, CT, or medical labs and records, and begin treatment, or recommend a referral. Changing the muscle and joint dynamics can take time (think how long it takes to build biceps or lose weight). Some treatment programs are a few visits, where others can take 4, 6, or 8 weeks to heal. We will discuss your projected, unique healing time during this first visit.

Physical Therapy Appointment: Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Dr. Darrin Marsh, DPT will take your health history and provide a detailed examination of your injury, area of complaint, or post-surgical area. He will then customize an individualized treatment plan for 4, 8, or 12 weeks. All exam records will be sent to the physician that referred you for congruent co-care. Insurance and cash plans are accepted. Your initial examination and treatment will be approximately 1-1 1/2 hours and follow up visits are 30-45 minutes.

Baseball Training: Your first evaluation with Dr. Darrin Marsh will consist of Dartfish pitching and batting analysis, review of your recording, full examination of your stance, swing, and pitching techniques with initial instruction following the first examination. A 4 or 8-week training course will be recommended. Monthly training options are available for further fitness advancement following initial training protocols. First visit will be one to one 1/2 hours. Follow up visits will be 1/2 hour appointment times. Monthly memberships have no time limit.

Massage Therapy Appointment: Please obtain new patient massage paperwork from our Online Patient Forms section prior to your first scheduled visit. Please email the form to jacob@mccarterhealthcenter.com and ashlie@mccarterhealthcenter.com prior to your visit or bring to your first appointment. You can preschedule massage appointments for Lori Britt, LMT for 1/2 hour, 1-hour, 1 -1/2 hours, or 2-hours. She is also scheduling now for Ashiatsu Massage, one hour appointments.

Cold Laser Appointment: We recommend scheduling your initial visit and a follow up visit within the same week to improve the initial rate of healing. We offer a first time 2 for 1 visit price for your first exam consultation. You will review your condition with the doctor and a treatment protocol will be established based upon each individual complaint. We offer single visit and package pricing for your convenience. The cold laser sessions range from 4-9 minutes per body area and a total of 20 minutes is spent in one appointment time upon the affected areas.

Nutritional Counseling Appointment: Initial nutritional counseling appointments are one hour in length. We offer in house and telehealth options for all nutrition patients. Please specify when you call. Please fill out the Nutrition paperwork in the Online Patient Forms and submit your paperwork no later than one week prior to your scheduled appointment. You can email this paperwork to jacob@mccarterhealthcenter.com. You will bring all past lab reports, medical records, and alternative testing results to your first appointment. Dr. Heather McCarter will discuss your health history and your underlying conditions in order to develop a nutrition program that will promote your optimum health and vitality. Programs are customized to fit your healing capabilities, and your financial budget. We offer multiple additional testing options and programs to assist in diagnosing, treatment, and delivering future protocols. Follow up appointments are based upon your individual needs and are scheduled at 20, 40, and 60 minutes intervals. All payments for Nutritional Consultations are due at the time of Booking your appointment.

Nutritional protocols are typically 6, 9, or 12 month programs to ensure healing and function of your affected body systems. The foundation for an expanded wellness lifestyle takes time and can include dietary changes, stress relief and mindfulness, exercise programs, supplements, detoxification, whole food nutritional healing, and co-care with other specialists when necessary (example: counseling, shamanic healing, acupuncture, chinese medicine, yoga).
